Data and API

Everything on the site is available as JSON, free, under CC BY 4.0 (say "data: reale.in"). No key is needed; be reasonable (a few requests a second) and set a User-Agent that says who you are. Fields are documented below and keep their names.

Fields

A project record carries: state_code, reg_no, name, slug, url, source_url, promoter_name, promoter_slug, project_type (residential, commercial, mixed, plotted, other), project_type_raw, status (registered, completed, lapsed, revoked, withdrawn, unknown), status_raw, district, tehsil, locality, address, pincode, lat, lng, land_area_sqm, total_units, total_towers, registration_date, start_date, completion_date, extended_completion_date, expiry_date, details (the portal's extra fields, as published), first_seen_at, last_seen_at, last_changed_at, is_active.

Dates are ISO (YYYY-MM-DD) and come from the registry; land_area_sqm is converted to square metres from whatever unit the registry used. is_active turns false when a project stops appearing in the registry listing; such projects are kept and keep their URL.

Downloads

Per-state CSV exports are written after each weekly read:

Example

curl -s 'https://reale.in/api/v1/projects?state=KL&type=residential&sort=completion' | jq '.projects[0]'

For AI agents

/llms.txt describes the site; every HTML page carries schema.org JSON-LD; the API answers are plain JSON with the same field names as above.
